Have you considered starting a RESOLVE peer-led support group in your area but want more information? Whether you have completed your family or are still on your journey, as a peer-led support group host you will provide a valuable service to others with infertility, and no doubt you’ll find it beneficial—and rewarding too.
RESOLVE has a great process for helping you decide if you are ready to make the commitment to start and lead a peer-led support group. The training process provides you with clear information on support group host responsibilities and requirements. Once you make the decision to start a support group, RESOLVE helps you by promoting the group online as well as providing on-going training and advice for maintaining it.
The first step in the process is to listen to the recorded audio training “How to Start a Peer-Led Support Group”. For a link to this recording, please send a request to info@resolve.org.
After you listen to this teleseminar, you will be given instructions on the next steps in the process. This process is simple and straightforward. Our goal is to ensure that you have been adequately prepared for your role as a group leader.
