Family Building Act of 2009 - U.S. House of Representatives
Legislation was introduced by Rep. Anthony Weiner (D-NY) which would require insurers to cover infertility treatment.  As of July 22, 2009, the Family Building Act of 2009 (H.R. 697) has the following Co-Sponsors in the House of Representatives:

On June 15, 2009, Senator Kirsten E. Gillibrand (D-NY) introduced S 1258, the Family Building Act of 2009 in the U.S. Senate.  As of July 22, 2009, the bill does not have any co-sponsors.
