Hope does exist for patients whose primary barrier to infertility treatment is the cost. 1. The Tinina Q. Cade Foundation
The application for the 2011 Tinina Q. Cade Foundation Family Building Grant is now online (http://www.cadefoundation.org/page.php?id=4). This grant can provide up to $10,000 to assist infertile families with costs associated with adoption or the medical treatment of infertility.
