Barbara Collura - President/CEO

Barbara Collura joined RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association in September 2004 as the Director, Chapter & Constituent Services. In April 2007, Barbara was named Chief Staff Officer of RESOLVE. As President/CEO, she represents RESOLVE at a number of national conferences, committees and organizations including the National Committee on the Oversight of Assisted Reproductive Technologies (NCOART), the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), and the National Health Council. As the official spokesperson for RESOLVE, Barbara is frequently interviewed by the media and speaks at conferences and events on a variety of topics related to infertility. Barbara is passionate about RESOLVE's mission as the organization was a source of support and information during her own battle with infertility. Click here to read Barbara's full biography. Marnee Beck - Online Services Manager

Marnee Beck joined the staff of RESOLVE in 2010 and is currently the Online Services Manager. Marnee has worked in nonprofit associations for more than 15 years including the Council on Foundations and most recently the American Society for Training & Development in Alexandria, VA. She graduated from Sarah Lawrence College and earned a Masters degree from the George Washington University. She is passionate about breaking the silence of infertility through the use of social media and the internet. She and her husband Eric live in Herndon with their cat Juliet. Simeonne Bookal - Manager, Communications and Programs 

Simeonne Bookal joined RESOLVE in 2012. Originally from Canada, Simeonne grew up with the opportunity to travel to many exotic countries and spent four years in Saudi Arabia with her mother, a nurse specializing in IVF treatment. Growing up with a mother in the reproductive field, gave Simeonne awareness about the infertility journey from a young age. A proud graduate from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, Simeonne received a BA in Communications. She provides support to all staff and contributes to a multitude of advocacy and public awareness projects. She resides in Manassas, VA. She can be reached directly at sbookal@resolve.org.

Betsy Campbell - Director, Constituent Engagement

Betsy Campbell has spent her career working for non-profit organizations and her free time volunteering for worthy causes. Her  experience in public relations, fundraising and volunteer management spans a wide range of sectors, including health care, social service, philanthropy, and politics, and organizations such as Mount Sinai Medical Center, American Hospital Association, Chicago Foundation for Women, and EMILY's List. Betsy received an AB in Psychology from Princeton University, where she also serves as a volunteer leader for annual giving. As RESOLVE’s Senior Manager of Constituent Services, she is responsible for managing RESOLVE’s nationwide volunteer network, including support groups, educational programs, and advocacy. Betsy's goal is to ensure that every volunteer is trained, engaged, and empowered to make a difference in the lives of women and men living with infertility. Betsy's secondary infertility issues were resolved, and her three daughters inspire her to make a difference. She can be reached directly at bcampbell@resolve.org.

Rebecca Flick - Vice President, Communications and Programs

Rebecca Flick joined RESOLVE in 2005. Rebecca’s experience as a non-profit professional began in 1998 with the American Occupational Therapy Association and since then she has continued as a strategic communications professional for other non-profits including, the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine and National School Boards Association. She received a BA in Communications from the University of Maryland, College Park and a certificate in Direct Marketing from Virginia Commonwealth University. As VP of Communications and Programs for RESOLVE, Rebecca’s main responsibilities include creating and implementing RESOLVE’s communication plans, signature events (National Infertility Awareness Week and Night of Hope), and online strategies, as well as increasing the infertility community’s engagement in RESOLVE's volunteer, advocacy and fundraising activities. Rebecca was diagnosed with infertility in 2006. She lives in Leesburg, VA with her husband and 5 year old son. She can be reached directly at rflick@resolve.org.

Cindy Hollister - Development Manager

Cindy Hollister joined RESOLVE in 2014. She started her career in the software industry, then moved to non-profit arts management, a better fit for her personality and family. She holds a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics and a master’s in education, both from the University of Buffalo. At RESOLVE, she enjoys interacting with Professional Members as well as working behind the scenes to support and problem solve with colleagues. Cindie KyteSenior Development Manager, Corporate Partners

Cindie Kyte joined RESOLVE in 2014 as the Senior Development Manager, building strategic partnerships with companies which share our mission. Prior to joining RESOLVE Cindie worked as a fundraiser with a variety of organizations; including health, religious, political, and professional nonprofits. She began her career in the corporate world, working in marketing for medium and large media companies, before transitioning to nonprofits and working for The American Institute of Architects, CCS Fund Raising and The Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization Campaign. Throughout her career Cindie has worked for mission oriented companies and organizations that have been results driven. As a patient advocate, Cindie brings to RESOLVE  her passion for ensuring every patient’s access to care and financial stability. Cindie has a bachelor’s degree in International Studies from American University in Washington, D.C. and currently lives in Northern Virginia. She can be reached directly at ckyte@resolve.org.


Jenlene L. NowakNational Walks of Hope Manager

Jenlene Nowak joined RESOLVE in June 2015. Jenlene has over 15 years of experience serving in the non-profit sector. She has successfully managed the development and execution of programs in the areas of project identification, implementation, fundraising and community outreach.  

Most recently, she led and managed NAMIWalks Northern Virginia, a successful, major mental health awareness walk and fundraising campaign that helps provide education, advocacy and support services for individuals in need. She also served as the Senior Director of the Sports & Recreation program at Hope For The Warriors®, a program that provides athletes of all abilities the opportunity to participate in race events nationwide to build self-esteem, supporting their rehabilitation and mental health. While serving in this role, she also oversaw Community Team members who fundraised on behalf of and participated alongside these wounded warrior heroes.  
Jenlene has a bachelor’s degree in English from SUNY Fredonia and is a Certified Race Director through the Road Runners Club of America.  She currently lives in Northern Virginia.  She can be reached directly at jnowak@resolve.org.

Andy Schwarz - Director, Public Relations

Andy Schwarz joined RESOLVE in early 2011 and directs the public relations efforts for the association. Andy works with the media to increase public awareness of infertility, gain exposure for RESOLVE, and advance the organization’s mission.  He has worked with top media outlets including The New York Times, The Washington Post, NPR, Redbook Magazine, and The Huffington Post to position RESOLVE as the voice of the infertility community. Andy also serves as Editor of RESOLVE’s quarterly newsletter Resolve, for the journey and beyond. He lives in Arlington, VA with his family. He can be reached directly at aschwarz@resolve.org.
