Barbara Collura - President/CEO
Barbara Collura joined RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association in September 2004 as the Director, Chapter & Constituent Services. In April 2007, Barbara was named Chief Staff Officer of RESOLVE. As President/CEO, she represents RESOLVE at a number of national conferences, committees and organizations including the National Committee on the Oversight of Assisted Reproductive Technologies (NCOART), the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), and the National Health Council. As the official spokesperson for RESOLVE, Barbara is frequently interviewed by the media and speaks at conferences and events on a variety of topics related to infertility. Marnee Beck - Website Coordinator
Marnee Beck joined the staff of RESOLVE in 2010 and is currently the Website Coordinator. Marnee has worked in nonprofit associations for more than 15 years including the Council on Foundations and most recently the American Society for Training & Development in Alexandria, VA. She graduated from Sarah Lawrence College and earned a masters degree from the George Washington University. She is passionate about breaking the silence of infertility through the use of social media and the internet. She and her husband Eric live in Herndon with their cat Juliet. Margaret Chandler Berardelli - Director, Development
Margaret Chandler Berardelli joined the staff of RESOLVE in 2006 and is currently the Director of Development. Margaret works with corporate partners and individual donors to achieve common goals to improve the lives of women and men living with infertility. Margaret has worked in non-profit management for more than 20 years, including managing an off-Broadway theatre company in New York City and fundraising for the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts in Virginia and BoardSource in Washington, DC. Margaret has taught courses at American University, Brooklyn College, and New York University. Her diverse experience includes Board Relations, Program Development, Staff Management, Business and Strategic Planning, Marketing and Community Relations, and Fundraising. Margaret graduated cum laude from Rhodes College in Memphis, TN and earned a masters degree at Brooklyn College. Margaret and her husband Joe adopted their daughter in 2006 and credit RESOLVE for helping to put them on the path to build their family. Simeonne Bookal - Administrative Assistant
Simeonne Bookal joined RESOLVE in 2012. Originally from Canada, Simeonne grew up with the opportunity to travel to many exotic countries and spent four years in Saudi Arabia with her mother, a nurse specializing in IVF treatment. Growing up with a mother in the IVF field, gave Simeonne awareness about the infertility journey from a young age. A proud graduate from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, Simeonne received a BA in Communications. She provides administrative support to all staff and contributes to a multitude of advocacy and public awareness projects. Through RESOLVE, Simeonne has and continues to gain valuable experience that contributes to her desire to eventually work in the field of Communications and Marketing. She resides in Haymarket, VA. Michelle Brock - Manager, Development, Corporate Partners
Michelle Brock joined RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association in February 2013 as the Development Manager, overseeing all mid-level corporate partners. Michelle is an active member of the Adoption, Loss, and Infertility blogging community. Since 2008, she has participated in numerous patient advocacy endeavors promoting various infertility-related organizations, and she is truly passionate about bringing awareness to the cause. Prior to joining RESOLVE, Michelle spent over a decade in Publishing and Medical sales. She was most recently employed as the Area Development Trainer and Senior Chronic Care Consultant for CCS Medical, helping people with diabetes find more cost effective solutions to manage their disease. Throughout her career, Michelle has been consistently recognized for exemplary customer service. Betsy Campbell - Manager, Constituent Services
Betsy Campbell has spent her career working for non-profit organizations and her free time volunteering for worthy causes. Her experience in public relations, fundraising and volunteer management spans a wide range of sectors, including health care, social service, philanthropy, and politics, and organizations such as Mount Sinai Medical Center, American Hospital Association, Chicago Foundation for Women, and EMILY's List. Betsy received an AB in Psychology from Princeton University, where she also serves as a volunteer leader for annual giving. As RESOLVE’s Manager of Constituent Services, she is responsible for managing RESOLVE’s nationwide volunteer network, including support groups and educational programs, as well as the Walks of Hope. Betsy's goal is to ensure that every volunteer is trained, engaged, and empowered to make a difference in the lives of women and men living with infertility. Sarah Fischetti - Development Coordinator
Sarah Fischetti is the Development Coordinator for RESOLVE, and joined the Development Team in February 2013. After graduating from Radford University with an undergraduate duel-degree in Psychology and Sociology, Sarah returned to Herndon, VA. Sarah is looking forward to growing RESOLVE's Professional Membership and supporting RESOLVE's fundraising efforts. Rebecca Flick - Director, Strategic Partnerships and Projects
Rebecca Flick joined RESOLVE in 2005. Rebecca’s experience as a non-profit professional began in 1998 with the American Occupational Therapy Association and since then she has continued as a strategic communications professional for other non-profits including, the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine and National School Boards Association. She received a BA in Communications from the University of Maryland, College Park and a certificate in Direct Marketing from Virginia Commonwealth University. As Director of Strategic Partnerships and Projects for RESOLVE, Rebecca’s main responsibilities include creating and implementing RESOLVE’s communication plans, signature events (National Infertility Awareness Week and Night of Hope), and online strategies, as well as increasing the infertility community’s engagement in RESOLVE's volunteer, advocacy and fundraising activities. Andy Schwarz - Director, Public Relations
Andy Schwarz joined RESOLVE in early 2011 and directs the public relations efforts for the association. Andy works with the media to increase public awareness of infertility, gain exposure for RESOLVE, and advance the organization’s mission. He has worked with top media outlets including The New York Times, The Washington Post, NPR, Redbook Magazine, and The Huffington Post to position RESOLVE as the voice of the infertility community. Andy also serves as Editor of RESOLVE’s quarterly newsletter Resolve, for the journey and beyond. He lives in Arlington, VA with his family.
